Invoice Generator builds a professional A4 PDF invoice directly in your browser: sender and client blocks, invoice number and dates, an items table, and subtotal, VAT and total — plus free-text notes for payment details. Currency (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF) and VAT rate are configurable, and amounts update live as you type. No account, no watermark, and none of your business data is ever uploaded.

Is my business or client data stored anywhere?
No. The PDF is generated entirely in your browser; nothing you type is uploaded or saved by us. When you close the page, the form is empty again.
Is the invoice legally compliant?
The layout covers the usual elements (number, dates, parties, items, VAT), but legal requirements vary by country — check the mandatory details for your jurisdiction, such as tax IDs.
Which currencies and VAT rates can I use?
EUR, USD, GBP and CHF, with any VAT percentage including 0% for VAT-exempt invoices.
Can I use special characters in the invoice?
Latin-based characters (including ä, ö, ü, é, ñ) work fine. Non-Latin scripts aren't supported by the built-in PDF font.
